Very comfortable bed and pillow. Excellent breakfast with a wide array of continental items. Central location for exploring. The rooms are well designed and soundproofed. Fantastic location, a 5-minute walk to popular attractions. Friendly staff.

The hotel is situated in a superb location, close to everything and still close to the city center. It is conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to explore the city using the water bus. Guests can enjoy returning to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing to relax. The rooms are nice and clean, and there are clean towels provided every day. The breakfast is relatively good, with a variety of options such as croissants, rolls, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Some rooms even offer a magnificent view of the canal.
The shower rooms are quite small, which may result in difficulty moving around.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions in the city. It was centrally located and within walking distance of many tourist spots. the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, providing us with information about the area and offering suggestions for places to visit.
The biggest drawback was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast served every morning was delicious with a good variety of options.

I was initially concerned about the lack of assistance with luggage, but to my pleasant surprise, the staff member gladly helped us up the stairs. They were also very accommodating when we requested an additional pillow. I had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

This hotel has an excellent central location, just a few minutes walk from the main canal area. It's the perfect base for exploring Venice. Sitting in the bar area and watching the gondolas go past adds to the whole experience. The rooms, although a little dated, are comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
The only thing that could be improved is the size of the shower. It's so small that it's hard to move around and water tends to spill onto the floor.
